Ultralite Carbon Z Walking Poles

Designed to provide extra support on hikes, these lightweight walking poles help to reduce strain and wear on the body, allowing you to keep moving for longer. Complete with extended foam grips for a more comfortable hold, as well as soft wrist straps and carbide tips to increase their longevity. 

To reduce strain, lower arms should be at 90 degrees to the body, and each pole should be used at same time as the opposite leg when striding.
