Pack Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in a resaleable condition.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
